Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Cut slits in the potatoes without cutting all the way through.
- Mix all the ingredients for the oil mixture in a separate bowl.
- Place the potatoes in a roasting pan and brush them with the oil mixture, ensuring to coat the inside of the slits. Reserve some of the mixture for basting later.
- Roast the potatoes for 1 hour, basting with the remaining oil mixture at 30-minute intervals.
- Serve immediately after roasting.
