Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Clean and rinse the baby potatoes, then drain and cut them into halves or quarters.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet and add the olive oil.
- Add the potatoes and cook until the surface turns slightly brown.
- Push the potatoes to one side and sauté the garlic, followed by the red pepper, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Stir to combine well.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
