Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 1 lb baby potatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • ¼ small red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 dashes paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Clean and rinse the baby potatoes, then drain and cut them into halves or quarters.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet and add the olive oil.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook until the surface turns slightly brown.
  5. Push the potatoes to one side and sauté the garlic, followed by the red pepper, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  6. Stir to combine well.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
