Greek Roasted Potatoes

The potatoes

baking potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
The seasoning

olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish and pour olive oil over them.
- Add garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, toss, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, toss, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Optionally, broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh oregano and serve.
