Orange Chicken Marinade

Instructions
- Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a ziptop bag, pour in the marinade, seal tightly, and coat the chicken.
- Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate longer.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice one orange into rounds and cut the onion and bell pepper into chunks.
- Thread chicken, onion, bell pepper, and orange slices onto skewers.
- Oil the grill and cook the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Grill the cut sides of the remaining orange halves for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Squeeze charred oranges over the skewers, season, and serve warm.
