Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, honey, and baking soda for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the orange sauce by whisking together orange zest, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan.
- Whisk together water and cornstarch to create a slurry, then stir it into the orange mixture and simmer until thickened.
- Coat the marinated chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat canola oil in a wok or large skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
- Reduce heat, add the orange sauce to the chicken, and stir to coat.
- Stir in green onions and serve hot with rice and sautéed veggies.
