The Chicken

The Sauce

cup
orange juice

soy sauce

honey

rice vinegar

cornstarch
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
- Remove the chicken from the pan.
- In the same pan, add orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Let the sauce simmer for several minutes before adding the chicken back in.
- Cook for an additional two minutes and then serve over brown rice or noodles.
