The frying batter

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the orange sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- In another bowl, whisk all the frying batter ingredients until smooth, then coat the chicken cubes in the batter.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet and deep-fry the battered chicken cubes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Leave 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add minced garlic, and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Pour in the orange sauce mixture, stir, and simmer until thickened.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange slices and sesame seeds, then serve immediately with steamed rice.
