Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Optional: Steam crumbled tempeh for 10 minutes to remove bitterness.
  2. Crumble tempeh into small pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add crumbled tempeh, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce, seasonings, soy sauce, and water to the skillet.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes until warmed through and liquid has evaporated.
