Instructions
- Warm half and half in a medium saucepan over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Gradually add cheese in small increments, whisking well between additions until melted.
- Once all cheese has melted, whisk the mixture vigorously over low heat.
- Add diced jalapeños, jalapeño juice, and a pinch of salt, then whisk until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the jalapeños and juice for desired spice level.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
