Creamy White Queso Dip

Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick pan to medium high heat.
- Add avocado oil, red onion, poblano, and garlic to the pan and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, and salt, then add milk, american cheese, and cream cheese.
- Cook on low heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and smooth, then add green chilis.
- Finish with fresh cilantro and adjust salt to taste.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh pico de gallo and transfer to a small crockpot to keep warm.
