Instructions
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and peppers, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and spices, cooking for an additional minute.

- Whisk in the milk, breaking up any lumps and allowing it to thicken slightly.
