Easy Queso Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a 10-inch cast iron skillet, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeno, chopped red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Layer the cheeses on top of the vegetable mixture.
- Bake in the oven until the cheeses are melted and bubbling, about 10-13 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with cilantro, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and chopped avocado.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
