Mushroom Swiss Burger

Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms by rinsing and drying them, then sauté in olive oil with salt for 10-15 minutes until glossy.
- Remove the mushrooms from the pan once cooked, optionally increasing the heat for crispiness.
- Preheat the grill to 450ºF and prepare a piece of tin foil.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with black pepper and salt, then form into 4 loose balls.
- Melt butter on the grill and place beef balls on it, adding sliced onions on top.
- Cook the beef balls for 2-3 minutes, then flatten into patties.
- Top each patty with mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese, grilling for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve the burgers on buns with desired toppings.
