The secret sauce

Instructions
- Chop the onion and sauté in 1 tbsp of butter on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- In a separate pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms in 1 tbsp of butter for 5 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cream of mushroom, sea salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into 8 small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, adding Swiss cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, red pepper, sriracha, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, and garlic powder to make the secret sauce.
- To assemble the sliders, layer the bottom bun with a patty, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and secret sauce, then top with the top bun.
