Instructions
- Season the ground beef with liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and burger seasoning.
- Form 4 burger patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- For air frying, place the burgers in the air fryer and cook at 360°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-9 minutes depending on desired doneness.
- In a skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms until soft.
- Assemble the burgers with sautéed mushrooms and swiss cheese on the buns.
