  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Burger Assembly

  • 4 pieces brioche buns
  • 4 slices swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and burger seasoning.
  2. Form 4 burger patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. For air frying, place the burgers in the air fryer and cook at 360°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  5. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-9 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  6. In a skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms until soft.
  7. Assemble the burgers with sautéed mushrooms and swiss cheese on the buns.
