Snickerdoodle Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and very well-rinsed
  • 2 tbsp raw creamy almond butter
  • 2 heaping tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 large pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large food processor.
  2. Blend for two minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Process for an additional minute.
  4. Chill the hummus in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
  5. Serve with sliced apples, bananas, graham crackers, or on cinnamon raisin toast.
