Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup all-natural almond butter
  • tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor.
  2. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup and add more water if too thick.
  4. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
