Ingredients

The base

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

The sweeteners and flavorings

  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process for about 2 minutes until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers.
