Instructions
- Combine tahini and cocoa powder in a food processor, drizzle hot water over the cocoa, and puree until smooth.
- Add maple syrup and puree again, then scrape down the bowl.
- Incorporate chickpeas, espresso powder, vanilla, and salt, and puree for 3 to 4 minutes, scraping halfway through.
- Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired, and add water if the mixture is too thick.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your choice of dippers.
