Mango Avocado Steak Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Grill the steak to your preference, approximately 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Allow the steak to cool and then slice it into thin strips.
- Wash and chop the butter lettuce and spinach, placing them in a large salad bowl.
- Add the chopped scallions, sliced red pepper, mango, and avocado to the salad bowl.
- Top the salad with the sliced steak.
- Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well.
- Dress the salad just before serving and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
