Instructions
- Prepare a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the garbanzo beans, almonds, powdered peanut butter, coconut flour, honey or agave, and dates until smooth.
- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and refrigerate.
- For the caramel, blend the dates, milk, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Spread the caramel over the chilled nougat base and sprinkle peanuts on top.
- For the chocolate coating, melt the coconut oil and mix it with cocoa powder, protein powders, sweetener, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla, then gradually mix in water until the consistency is thick but spreadable.
- Remove the base from the refrigerator, cut it into pieces, and coat with the chocolate mixture.
- Chill the coated bars in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden before serving.
