Instructions
- 1. Combine the powdered peanut butter, natural peanut butter, water, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a log shape.
- 3. Freeze the logs for 1-2 hours until firm.
- 4. Prepare the caramel by mixing almond butter, maple syrup, milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- 5. Refrigerate the caramel mixture for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- 6. Dip the frozen peanut butter logs into the caramel and place them back on parchment paper.
- 7. Press chopped peanuts onto the caramel-coated logs and return them to the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
- 8. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then stir in coconut oil.
- 9. Dip each candy bar in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on parchment paper.
- 10. Freeze the coated bars for 10-15 minutes to set.
