Chocolate Coating

Instructions
- Prepare the peanut butter center by mixing powdered peanut butter, natural peanut butter, water, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal pieces and roll each into a log shape.
- Freeze the logs for 1-2 hours until hard.
- For the caramel, mix almond butter, maple syrup, milk, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt until combined and refrigerate to thicken for 10-15 minutes.
- Dip the hardened peanut butter logs in the caramel and coat with chopped peanuts.
- Return the logs to the freezer to harden for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and mix in coconut oil.
- Coat each candy bar in melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Return coated bars to the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
