Green Chile & Cheese Corn Dip

Cajun/Creole seasoning

Jalapeño or Chipotle Tabasco sauce
Optional additions

pickled jalapeños, chopped
Instructions
- Combine the corn, green chilies, and chopped green onions in a large bowl.
- If desired, add crumbled bacon and pickled jalapeños.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Season the mixture with Cajun seasoning and Tabasco sauce to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with additional Cajun seasoning and/or crushed Fritos if desired.
- Serve with Fritos.
