Instructions
- Combine water and coconut milk in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick and bring to a boil.
- Gradually whisk in the cornmeal while stirring to prevent lumps.
- Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract, nutmeg, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Adjust the consistency with more coconut milk or water if needed, then serve hot.
