low carb brown sugar or sweetener
Instructions
- Combine the coconut flour, flax meal, water, and salt in a small pot over medium heat and stir.
- Once it begins to simmer, reduce the heat to medium-low and whisk until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and gradually whisk in the beaten egg.
- Return to heat and whisk until the porridge thickens again.
- Remove from heat and whisk for an additional 30 seconds before adding the butter, cream, and sweetener.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
