Instructions
- Combine the first four ingredients in a small pot and heat over medium-high until simmering.
- Reduce heat to medium and whisk until thickened and hot.
- Slowly add the beaten egg while whisking continuously.
- Return to medium heat and whisk until the porridge thickens.
- Remove from heat and whisk in butter, sweetener, and cream.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
