Instructions
- Boil the coconut milk in a small saucepan.
- Add quinoa and salt, cooking until quinoa is done.
- Stir in Bai5, oats, cinnamon, and more salt, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Toast coconut flakes in a skillet until lightly browned.
- Serve the porridge topped with toasted coconut and desired toppings.
