Ingredients

The porridge

  • 1 14-ounce can coconut milk
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • a pinch of salt salt
  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup juice or water
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • to taste cinnamon

Toppings

  • to taste apple slices
  • to taste peanut butter
  • to taste honey

Instructions

  1. Boil the coconut milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Add quinoa and salt, cooking until quinoa is done.
  3. Stir in Bai5, oats, cinnamon, and more salt, cooking for a few more minutes.
  4. Toast coconut flakes in a skillet until lightly browned.
  5. Serve the porridge topped with toasted coconut and desired toppings.
