Coconut Sunflower Porridge

Instructions
- Spread the coconut flakes on a cookie sheet and place in the oven.
- Turn the oven on to 350°F and toast the coconut for about 10 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Grind the flax seeds, walnuts, and toasted coconut in a dry blender or food processor.
- Add the ground mixture to a bowl, then puree the water, salt, sunflower seed butter, and stevia if using.
- Heat the liquids to a simmer, then pour over the ground mixture and stir to combine.
