Instructions
- Cook the oats with coconut milk, regular milk or water, and salt in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the brown sugar and let it stand until it thickens.
- Add the shredded coconut and flaxseed meal, then sprinkle with extra coconut and top with peanut butter.
- Heat in the oven or microwave briefly to melt the peanut butter.
