Ingredients

The oatmeal

  • cup gluten free regular oats
  • cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1–2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ banana mashed

The toppings

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jelly

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, ⅓ cup of almond milk, cinnamon, and mashed banana in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium low, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes until the oats thicken and the milk evaporates.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk and stir until it evaporates.
  4. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and top with peanut butter and jelly.
