Healthy Zucchini Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sea salt, baking soda, and coconut sugar.
- Add the grated zucchini, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir together.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared bread pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
