Healthy Zucchini Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 5-inch pan.
- In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: egg, yogurt, and mashed bananas.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just combined, then fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Let the zucchini bread cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
