Easy Grilled Parmesan Polenta Chips

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
- 2. Brush both sides of the polenta slices with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Place the polenta slices on the grill in a single layer and grill for 5 minutes on each side until golden and crunchy.
- 4. Remove the chips from the grill and let them cool on a plate.
- 5. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with blue cheese, salsa, or guacamole.
