Ingredients

The chips

  • 2 ounce tubes polenta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Optional serving

  • to taste gorgonzola or blue cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
  2. 2. Brush both sides of the polenta slices with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the polenta slices on the grill in a single layer and grill for 5 minutes on each side until golden and crunchy.
  4. 4. Remove the chips from the grill and let them cool on a plate.
  5. 5. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with blue cheese, salsa, or guacamole.
