Instructions
- Pat dry the trout fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Rub lemon juice on both sides of the fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat.
- Place the trout fillets flesh side down in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add butter, garlic, and parsley, stirring around the fillets.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with extra butter and more parsley before serving.
