Piña Colada Popsicles
Ingredients
The pineapple

The popsicles

coconut cream

organic cane sugar

rum-soaked pineapple
Instructions
- Soak the chopped pineapple in white rum for 5-10 minutes.
- Blend the coconut cream and sweetener until smooth.
- Drain excess rum from the pineapple and add it to the blender, pulse to combine.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
- To remove, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or dip in warm water.
