  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika or sweet paprika
  • 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground ginger or ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Transfer to a spice jar or airtight container for storage.
