Jamaican Jerk Tofu

Instructions
- Press the tofu for 30 minutes, then tear it into uneven pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the tofu with vegetable broth, BBQ seasoning, and poultry seasoning. Mix and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Add cornstarch to the marinated tofu and stir to coat.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the tofu. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 4 to 8 minutes.
- Transfer the tofu to a bowl, add BBQ sauce and jerk seasoning, and stir to coat. Let it sit for about 3 minutes before serving.
