Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for baked tofu.
- Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes, then cut it into cubes or slabs.
- Brush the tofu with BBQ sauce on all sides and arrange it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip the tofu, brush with more BBQ sauce, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- For grilled tofu, preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush the tofu with BBQ sauce and thread onto skewers if grilling cubes.
- Oil the grill grates with cooking spray, then grill the tofu for 2 to 3 minutes per side until well-charred, brushing with more BBQ sauce before serving.
