Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the tofu into triangles or squares and pat dry.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with sambal oelek, soy sauce, and oil.
- Spread the tofu pieces on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven.
- Toss the tofu with BBQ sauce to coat, then return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, depending on desired crispiness.
