Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
- Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pressed tofu with light soy sauce and olive oil, tossing to coat.
- Add cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to the tofu and toss again to combine.
- Spread the marinated tofu pieces on the lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
