Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and press the tofu for 20 to 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss them with olive oil, tamari, and sriracha.
- If desired, add cornstarch for extra crispiness and toss to coat.
- Spread the tofu evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
