Ingredients

The tofu

  • 14 ounces extra-firm tofu

The seasoning

  • ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and press the tofu for 20 to 30 minutes to remove excess water.
  3. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss them with olive oil, tamari, and sriracha.
  4. If desired, add cornstarch for extra crispiness and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the tofu evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
