Savory Baked Tofu

The tofu

extra firm tofu (14-ounce)
The marinade

reduced sodium soy sauce

sesame oil

lemon juice

freshly grated ginger

hot sauce
The coating

flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess liquid for about 15 minutes.
- Slice the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Gently mix the cubed tofu with the marinade and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Dredge the marinated tofu cubes in flour and place them on a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, then remove and cool.
