Instructions
- Cut the tofu into ½-inch slabs and press gently between towels to remove excess moisture.
- Mix the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, coriander, onion powder, and fennel in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tofu slabs, coating them evenly, then sprinkle half of the spice mix on one side and flip to repeat on the other side.
- Preheat the grill for about 10 minutes and oil the grates if necessary.
- Place the tofu on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until nicely grilled.
