Spicy Sesame Grilled Tofu

Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess liquid and slice it into thick slabs.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, ginger, chili paste, sesame seeds, and dulse granules.
- Place the tofu in a dish and pour the marinade over it, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and remove the tofu from the marinade, saving the marinade for later.
- Grill the tofu for about 10 minutes on each side until golden brown, brushing with extra marinade while cooking.
- Serve the grilled tofu as an entrée or in sandwiches or salads.
