Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
The tofu

14-ounce blocks
extra-firm tofu

sea salt
The seasoning

avocado oil

fajita seasoning

chili powder

tablespoons
curry powder

cup
tamari or soy sauce
For serving

lime wedges

cilantro lime dressing

sesame ginger dressing
Instructions
- Press the tofu by wrapping it in a kitchen towel and placing a heavy skillet on top for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Slice each block of tofu into 4 slabs and place them on a tray.
- Drizzle the tofu with avocado oil and sprinkle with your chosen seasoning, coating both sides.
- Brush or spray the grill grates with oil.
- Grill the tofu for 2 to 3 minutes per side until char marks form and it releases from the grill.
- Serve with lime wedges and/or dressing based on the seasoning used.
