Grilled Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 1 cup Spicy Sesame Marinade

Instructions

  1. Press extra firm tofu to remove moisture and slice into horizontal slabs.
  2. Mix up a flavorful marinade in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour marinade over the tofu and brush to distribute well.
  4. Marinate tofu for about 1 hour.
  5. Grill tofu on a heated grill (medium-hot setting) for about 10 minutes until golden brown on one side, then flip to grill the other side.
  6. Brush with remaining marinade while cooking.
  7. Enjoy the grilled tofu.
