Instructions
- Press extra firm tofu to remove moisture and slice into horizontal slabs.
- Mix up a flavorful marinade in a shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over the tofu and brush to distribute well.
- Marinate tofu for about 1 hour.
- Grill tofu on a heated grill (medium-hot setting) for about 10 minutes until golden brown on one side, then flip to grill the other side.
- Brush with remaining marinade while cooking.
- Enjoy the grilled tofu.
