Instructions
- Press and cube the tofu, then toss it with soy sauce in a bowl.
- Add all marinade ingredients to the tofu and mix well, letting it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated tofu, cooking until browned on all sides.
- While cooking, whisk cornstarch into the leftover marinade.
- Once tofu is cooked, add the marinade to the pan and stir, allowing it to thicken for a couple of minutes before serving.
