Easy Marinated Tofu

Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a small dish, mix the marinade ingredients together.
- Slice the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Marinate the tofu for at least 15 minutes, up to 24 hours.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add peanut oil.
- Add the marinated tofu to the skillet and drizzle with extra soy sauce.
- Cook the tofu for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add an extra tablespoon of nutritional yeast towards the end of cooking and sauté for another minute.
- Serve topped with black pepper and green onions.
