Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 10 minutes.
- Slice the pressed tofu into triangles or thin squares.
- In a bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients: apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Add the tofu to the marinade and ensure it is fully coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Remove the tofu from the marinade and add it to the pan, reserving the marinade.
- Pan-fry the tofu for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Add the reserved marinade to the pan until reduced and the tofu is golden.
